DISCLAIMER AND COPY PROTECTION OF THE GROWTHPOINT ACCOUNTS PAYABLE PORTAL

Growthpoint Management Services Proprietary Limited (“Growthpoint”) monitors the quality of the information when Vendors make use of the Accounts Payable Portal to enter invoice details and upload invoices, and updates the information regularly. However, neither Growthpoint nor Law Trusted Third Party Services Proprietary Limited (“LAWtrust”), guarantees, or accepts any legal liability whatsoever arising from, or connected to, the accuracy, reliability, currency or completeness of any information and invoices uploaded using the LAWtrust web application.

Growthpoint and LAWtrust apply a range of security controls to protect the Vendors’ information from unauthorised access. However, Vendors should be aware that the World Wide Web is an insecure public network that gives rise to a potential risk that a Vendors’ transactions could be viewed, intercepted or modified by third parties or that invoices which the Vendors upload may contain computer viruses, disabling codes, worms or other devices or defects.

Growthpoint and LAWtrust accept no liability for any interference with or damage to a Vendor’s computer system, software or data occurring in connection with or relating to the Accounts Payable Portal or its use. Vendors are encouraged to take appropriate and adequate precautions to ensure that invoices and information are free of viruses or other contamination that may interfere with or damage the Vendor’s computer system, software or data.

The Accounts Payable Portal is protected by copyright. Vendors may only use the Accounts Payable Portal, provided that they acknowledge the copyright of Growthpoint and LAWtrust whenever they upload invoices or enter information, and also that they agree that the delivery to Growthpoint of invoices for payment result from the Vendor’s own processing of the data.
